    Can I exchange/return my item(s)?

    No refunds or exchanges will be provided. If your apparel does not fit, we do allow returns for shop credits.

    Can I cancel my order?

    Due to the limited availability of our shop items, we are unable to cancel or alter orders once they have been placed. 

    Can I apply a promo code to my order once it's been placed?

    Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order is submitted. 

    Have an issue with your order?

    Please contact us immediately at hello@ohyeahapparel.com. Please include your order number and photo if necessary. 

    Can you combine my separate orders after they have been placed?

    Unfortunately we are not able to. If you purchase items separately, they will be shipped separately! 

    When will my order ship?

    All orders will SHIP OUT within 3 business days from when the order was placed. Unless otherwise stated on our site. Often times, orders may ship out from our office even faster! This does not include shipping time. 

    How will my order ship?

    All orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail depending upon weight and/or choice. 

    • USPS First Class Standard Mail does not include tracking
    • USPS First Class Package includes tracking, but no shipping insurance.
    • USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and standard insurance through USPS.

    ** NOTE: It is our job to make sure your order is safely packaged and arrives to the post office to be shipped out. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We will provide package tracking, but we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages. **

    How will I know my order has shipped?

    You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
