Can I exchange/return my item(s)?
If your apparel does not fit, we do allow returns for shop credits. No refunds or exchanges will be provided at this time.

Can I apply a promo code to my order once it's been placed?
Unfortunately we can not apply promotional codes after an order is submitted.
Have an issue with your order?
We want to make sure you absolutely love your apparel! Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and photo if necessary.
When will my order ship?
All orders will SHIP OUT within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. Unless otherwise stated on our site. Often times, orders may ship out from our office even faster!
How will my order ship?
All orders are shipped USPS First Class, USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail depending upon weight and/or choice.
- USPS First Class Standard Mail does not include tracking
- USPS First Class Package includes tracking, but no shipping insurance.
- USPS Priority Mail includes tracking and standard insurance through USPS.
** NOTE: It is our job to make sure your order is safely packaged and arrives to the post office to be shipped out. Once shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. We will provide package tracking, but we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or stolen packages. **
How will I know my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.
